Boaz’s Goulash recipe for cold winter days!

Winter is finally here! So make sure you are safe and sound on the road and moving slow and steady! I have a great idea for the first soup of the season or maybe we should say stew,

Boaz’s Goulash recipe:

How to make it?

Get a great cut of beef for slow cooking – I like Shoulder but everybody got different flavors,

Coat the beef cubes in spice mixture and cook in onion pot until brown on all sides,

Return the onions to the pot and pour in tomato paste, water, garlic and the remaining 1 teaspoon salt.

Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until meat is tender.

That’s Hungry classic that will make everyone’s mouth watering and will score some good winter points!

I had some great soup on Albert cafe in Jaffa – fresh mushroom soup! and drove home with the idea in my head, had to share!
